Groups, multiple outfits, the full experience

Booking: A $25 deposit confirms Mini sessions; $50 deposit for Standard and Deluxe. Deposits are non-refundable and apply toward the final cost. Travel outside standard service areas may involve additional charges.

Terms of Service — Summary

Ownership & Rights

All images remain the exclusive copyrighted property of the Photographer.
Paid clients receive unlimited personal-use rights. Credit is not required but is appreciated.
Clients may not sell, heavily alter, or claim authorship of photos.
Commercial or promotional use requires a separate written agreement.
RAW (unedited) files are not provided unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Free / Publicly Shared Photos

Must include visible photographer name attribution.
Watermarks must remain visible and unaltered.
Written permission is required before posting.
Cannot be used commercially or for AI training.

Session & Payment Policy

$25 deposit for Mini sessions; $50 for Standard and Deluxe. Non-refundable.
Full-resolution photos delivered only after payment in full.
Cancellations require at least 12 hours' notice.
Arrivals over 20 minutes late may forfeit the session.
Weather or force majeure results in a reschedule at no extra cost.
Sessions involving minors require written guardian consent.
Unsafe or disrespectful behavior ends sessions immediately without refunds.

Liability, Indemnification & Jurisdiction

The Photographer is not responsible for image loss after delivery.
Clients are responsible for any claims arising from their use of delivered photos.
Photo files are retained indefinitely, but Clients should back up delivered photos.
Terms may be updated at any time; active bookings honor the terms at time of booking.
Disputes fall under California law and binding arbitration.
